Inland Scuba Inc was founded in 1995, and has been serving the diving community in Eastern Idaho through education, special local events in diving and world travel to exotic diving locations. We are proud to be a SSI Professional Facility, which means we have the experience and knowledge to train dive instructors as well as students. Founded by Keith & Patty Christensen in 1995, whom owned and operated Inland Scuba Inc from 1995-2012. It is now owned and operated by their son Kory Christensen. Kory has been working in the SCUBA industry since 2000 and has more than 15 years of experience. Kory has has been teaching students and leading certified divers on international trips since 2008. Meet Our Professionals

Inland Scuba, Inc. has some of the most experienced diving professionals in the area. Combined they have many years of diving and teaching experience; they have a lot to offer new and experienced divers. Our professional’s top priority is safety and fun, and for everyone to have a great experience with this lifelong sport. Our professionals are close family members and are excited to share with everyone.

Pro's

Kory Christensen

Owner / Instructor

Kory has been diving for over 20 years and teaching for over 10 years. Kory was scuba certified at age 10 and was the first 10-year-old to dive Catalina. Diving and teaching are Kory's greatest passion, Kory was teaching in San Francisco for the last 5 years and leading international trips. He is certified to teach numerous specialties, including up to Instructor. He moved back to Idaho to share his experiences and enjoyment of diving with the community where he grew up.

Brad Christensen

Instructor

Brad is one of our instructors who recently moved back from Utah. Brad has been around the water most of his life. He was certified 23 years ago and has been a dive professional for 17 years. Brad has been diving in multiple locations regionally, nationally and internationally. Experiencing many types of diving in both fresh and salt water. He holds many specialty qualifications for diving and loves passing on knowledge.

Keith Christensen

Founder / Instructor

Keith began his scuba adventure in 1989 by completing the PADI Open Water course with the Bonneville Sheriff Aquatic Rescue Team. By 1994 he had completed several courses and was a NAUI Assistant Dive Instructor. In 1995 he and his wife Patty started Inland Scuba, Inc. and he became a SSI scuba instructor. The years that followed he completed several instructor ratings including instructor trainer for SSI. He has training from Dive Rescue International and continues to be a member of the Bonneville Sheriff's Dive Team. He has written several dive specialties for SSI and has traveled to many parts of the world to dive. He is excited to continue teaching and sharing his experiences with new divers.

Kevin Beck

Assistant Instructor

Kevin has been diving since 2009. His first dive was a discovery dive in Cancun, Mexico and he has not stopped diving since. He has gotten his whole family certified over the years. For him along with his wife Miesha and their 5 kids diving has become a family sport. All their family vacations have some diving aspect thrown into it. Kevin loves introducing people to the sport that have never tried SCUBA.

Patty Christensen

Founder / Instructor

Patty was certified 1993 in Idaho fresh water and learned to overcome many challenges of the unknown underwater world. She took advanced class finding to love the underwater world and continued on to be an instructor in scuba diving. Patty became an instructor in 1996 and still loves teaching whoever wants to explore the mystified underwater world.

Landry Harper

Assistant Instructor

Landry was certified in 2016 by Keith, after his trip to Truk Lagoon he fell in love with diving and the opportunities that lay ahead. Landry recently has been certified as an Assistant Instructor, he is very enthusiastic, ready to share his love of diving, experiences and the opportunities that come with diving.
